The meeting discussed the draft "Work Report of the Third Working Committee" and the draft "Transition Plan for the Fourth Directors' Committee." The meeting also interpreted and studied the "Opinions on Further Strengthening Urban Construction Waste Management" (Guobanhan [2025] No. 57), forwarded by the State Council to the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
