APPLICATION OF BELT CONVEYOR
Belt Conveyor is widely used in the field of mining, metallurgical, chemical industries, foundry and building materials, and applied in the work site of hydroelectric project and harbor as a delivery line for bulk materials as well as lump product. It is the essential equipment for sand stone product line.
WORKING PRINCIPLE OF BELT CONVEYOR
First of all, using weighing frame to detect the weights of materials on the belts, and digital speed measurement sensor to measure the running speed of feeder, of which the pulse output is proportional to the speed of feeders; and both signals be sent to feeder controller to process the information by the microprocessor and then show the total amount or the instant flow. This value will be compared with the setting ones, and the controller send the signal to control the speed of belt conveyor to satisfy the requirements of constant feeding.
